If you are having no issue in walking with spring then it shows you are having poise. When you can sit at your desk and feel no tension in your neck, shoulders and back – you are poised. If you try hard to improve your posture then it will just make you away from the natural poise. So just stop over here and let your natural response to shape your basic position including sitting, standing and walking so you could get back you poise successfully.
